Why a website?
Originally, I was never going to make a neocities. I found it because of some random youtube comment, and thought it would fun to check out. When I found Traverse Town and was very inspired Traverse town but I was so inspired by it that I wanted to make a site of my own. So I bite the bullet and started learning HTML, and the rest is history! So please check their site out!
